Structure for Agitators :
1:It is usually composed of a stirring shaft and stirring blades. The blades have various shapes (such as spiral, paddle, anchor, etc.) to meet different stirring needs.
Torque transmission type for Mixing Agitators:
Direct drive: The motor is directly connected to the agitator shaft through a coupling, with simple structure and high efficiency, suitable for small and medium-sized agitators
Gearbox drive: The torque is transmitted through the gear box, which can achieve deceleration and torque increase, suitable for high power and low speed mixing
Belt drive: The torque is transmitted through the belt and pulley, which has a buffering and shock absorbing effect. Suitable for small and medium power and speed regulation.
Magnetic coupling transmission: Torque is transmitted through magnetic coupling without mechanical contact, suitable for occasions with high sealing requirements, such as chemical and pharmaceutical
